Throughout his career, Andres has produced a credible body of research focused on the changing Latino demographics in the United States and its effect on American politics. Most recently, in November 2009, Andres released a paper alongside America’s Voice discussing how Latino population growth will shape Congressional reapportionment after the 2010 Census.
